HIP HOP
If this is your first time venturing in the hip-hop dance world or getting back into it, start with the beginning class. All of our hip-hop classes focus on one specific song and new choreography every week. The beginning classes teach you the fundamentals of rhythm, beats, and steps. Our advanced* hip-hop classes are fun and challenging, featuring the teaching of a unique technical dance and performance style (*knee pads required).
+ CARDIO HIP HOP
Fun high energy non-stop aerobic workout. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat. Easy to follow dance moves for all fitness levels. No dance experienced required. Come and get your sweat on.
+ CARDIO PERFORMANCE JAZZ
This class will focus on strengthening your abdominals, core, and increased flexibility. Work on jumping higher and turning longer while building your vocabulary of Jazz moves.
+BREAKDANCE STREET
This class focuses mainly on basic break-dance technique and touches on some freestyle technique. You can consider this to be more of an open dance session allowing you to work on your own unique individual style of dance, practice moves you already know or to try something completely new. You will learn the basic rundown and it will ultimately be up to you do with it what you want.
+ KIDS PROGRAM
In large demand, a dance class for kids ages * to ** who want to jam like the big boys and girls. It will be fun and energetic class with good music. Students will learn easy hip hop steps and small routines improving coordination and developing discipline
