Birthday Party Process
All children will be asked to sit in a "horseshoe" shape or semi-circle. Place the birthday childs chair at one end of the open horseshoe so he or she will be next to The Creature Teacher. A family room, garage or other open area is ideal. Please sit children on the floor and parents behind the children on couches and chairs. The animals will be taken out one at a time and briefly talked about and then the children will be allowed to touch the animal before it is put back and another is taken out. During the show, the birthday child sits up front with The Creature Teacher and our special freinds will be placed on their lap for petting/holding. Please keep in mind, we do have size and age limit restrictions. They are as follows:

Age restrictions: Children must be 3 years of age to be able to touch the animals and it is recommended that children under the age of 3 do not sit within the show area

SCHOOL, DAY CARE, ETC.
All shows are designed for children 3 yrs of age and older and reinforce concepts and terminology children have learned in their school classrooms. All shows relate to one of more of the science concept objectives required for the TEKS tests for K through 6 grades.

The Creature Teacher gives hundreds of shows to children in day care and preschool, Elementary and Middle schools, vacation bible schools (and other various church events) as well as Boys and Girls clubs and scout troops, gymnastics and karate centers...and just about any other place you can think of where kids would be. We can accommodate a group as small as 3 or as large as 300 as long the children attending the show are at least 3 yrs of age.

Our shows feature:
between 6 to 10 live exotic animals all shows cover interesting facts and traits about our live animals like where they come from, what they eat, how they defend themselves and unique physical characteristics for environmental adaptation at least one adult is required to be present throughout the show to assist in classroom control and disciplinary action if and when needed optional photo session opportunities.

Plenty of Audience Participation!!
We frequently ask many varied, brain-teasing and fun questions. Your audience supplies the answer Groups of less than 35 persons: everyone in the audience will be able to touch all of the animals Groups of 40-300 persons: the entire audience will have an opportunity to touch ONE animal at the end of the show.
