About A Royal Affair Inc.
Lourdes Marie Pagano created A Royal Affair Inc. in 1995 after a close friend asked Lourdes to help find a location and plan her wedding in San Diego. Lourdes had been a successful film and TV actress in New York. When she moved to Los Angeles, Lourdes studied and graduated from UCLA's Film and TV Production program, and began a new career as a Production Designer, Locations Manager, and a successful movie producer on a variety of films and television shows. As a hobby, Lourdes also studied floral design with some of the top florists in Los Angeles, whom she had met on the sets of her film and TV shows.
Doing a wedding for a friend several of the guest ask Lourdes to help them arrange and plan their weddings and special events. It was then that she decided that wedding and event planning was her true calling. Lourdes contacted the best photographers ,videographer. caterers, and design vendors whom she had been working with, told them of her plan, and contracted them to join in her new venture.
Since that time, Lourdes has planned over 100 weddings and events ranging from 50 to 500 guests covering a variety of budgets and themes. She has also planned events for The Los Angeles Opera, The Ventura County Symphony Orchestra, Senator Tom McClintock of California, events for the Renaissance Agoura Hills Hotel, events at the home of Billionaire and business man David Murdock, the Dole Pineapple King, and many other prestigiouspanies. Lourdes has planned birthday parties, anniversary parties, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, and many other celebrations and private parties. She has appeared in STAR Magazine as the Los Angeles top celebrity wedding planner for Drew Barrymore (July, 2003), on the Celebrity Justice TV Show regarding the planned wedding and subsequent breakup of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, The Knot Magazine, and many others.

Day Of Coordination
Day Of coordination is provided for those clients who have chosen and contracted all venues and services but would like help with the final details, scheduling, and event execution to insure that the entire event runs smoothly. This allows you to sit back and thoroughly enjoy your special day and your guests.
Day Of services include: Meeting at venue (4 to 5 weeks prior)
Creation of detailed timeline for event (provided to vendors and bridal party)
Ceremony rehearsal
Review all vendor contracts. deposits, and payment schedules
Day Of Ceremony & Reception Coordination (start to finish)
Assure all details are performed according to timeline
Handling vendor final payments (if desired)
Two coordinators from start to finish.
Platinum Package
Our Platinum Package consists of every possible service we provide (both Silver and Gold), custom-designed to your event vision and budget. We help your choose your venue, and all your vendors. We take care of every detail from décor, favors, flowers, food, entertainment, photography Videographer , gowns and tuxedos, transportation, amodations ... every possible detail. The Platinum Package is our most requested, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day with your guests.
