That release led to over 200 calls from law enforcement officers, representatives of charities and the public asking for more detail on the legalities of conducting or participating in these events, Ohio's current Attorney General Richard Cordray reinforces that these guidelines are intended to help charitiesply with Ohio law, which will also insure that the majority of the money raised by the event will stay with the charity as the law is written. Kentucky Casino Fundraising Events
