Caterers

Our business is family run. We are a mobile BBQ catering company and we have mobile smokers on wheels, which we bring to our Corporate & Private catering events. We are insured and licensed and permitted.  Business Corporate licensed in 2012. We are approved by the Health Department and the Fire Marshall.  We have worked very hard over the past seven years to successfully build our catering business, in fact our loyal customers have begged us to open a restaurant for the past few years.

Our Cuisine:  We do Texas BBQ with a touch /flavor of the old south. Our product is slowly Wood smoked BBQ RIBs, Brisket, Turkey Legs, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Pulled Chicken, Hot Links, Tri-Tip Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwiches, HOME MADE SIDES such as Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Mac N Cheese, Dirty Rice, Collard Greens, Black Eyed Peas, Corn Bread, and HOME MADE DESSERTS such as Bean Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler, Apple Cobbler plus many other items....  Our family recipes go back in time through several generations and we have carried on the same exact recipes.

Our passion and love is to offer our local community a GREAT specialty & quality product that is very hard to find here in Southern California. Our Jobs: We have done festivals, corporate events, private parties, weddings, etc. We have many reoccurring corporate jobs under our belt such as Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch, Budweiser, LAPD, AT&T, American Cancer Society, City of Santa Monica, Glendale TV Movie Studios, Giuliano's Bakery, Home Depot, Paramount Ranch, Valley Cultural Center, Northridge Farmers Market, Rotary Club, Kiwanis Club, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Valley Community Legal Foundation (VCLF), the U.S. Marines Corps- Victory Park, Pierce College, Moorpark College, California State University of Northridge, Mission College, Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce, Reseda Park, Mason Park, Warner Center Park 4th of July Bonanza for 45,000 attendees, etc... We participated in the Ventura County Blues Festival, and the annual WALK for CANCER for the American Cancer Society each year, the Pacific Meso Center.  We contribute and participate in local activities & fund raisers in our local communities & city schools throughout the San Fernando Valley - Granada Hills, Chatsworth, Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, Northridge, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Reseda, Tarzana and Porter Ranch.  We contribute/donate back to our local school fundraisers through the catering work we do (Woodland Hills Elementary, Germain Charter, Heritage Christian Schools, Hillcrest, Shepherd of the Hills, St John Eudes). We are a good standing member of the Woodland Hills/Tarzana Chamber of Commerce and the Chatsworth Chamber of Commerce.
