Bob Stockfield has been freelancing in the Baltimore-Washington region since 1986, specializing in people in corporate and institutional settings.

His work ranges from corporate portraits and brochures to coverage of meetings, conferences and special events.

Before freelancing, Stockfield was trained in photojournalism and mass communication. He worked several years as a daily newspaper photographer and editor in New York and Baltimore. Stockfield is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) and serves on the board of directors of the Maryland SPCA.
