Imagine elegant hors d'oeuvres(pupus), delicious entrees, colorful salads, delectable desserts from around the world, prepared just for you in thefort of your own surroundings, by your very own PERSONAL CHEF.
A DINING ADVENTURE that you and your friends will talk about forever. RELAX and prepare to be pampered by award winning chef Captain Colin and his charming First Mate Rowena.
Hot and cold food items are prepared at the cateringmissary and delivered to the party site. Some cold items will be assembled at the site and some hot items will be cooked by your very own PERSONAL CHEF at the site to ensure freshness and the best presentation. A full service staff is provided to set-up, cook, serve and clean-up after the event. We also offer bar service, providing non-alcoholic beverages as well as glasses, ice and coolers, physical bar and bartender(s). We will serve alcoholic beverages provided by the client.
For many years Colin and Rowena delighted guests on a luxury Caribbean charter-yacht with gourmet meals and gracious hospitality. Since 1996 Captain's Table has continued this fine tradition for you and your guests to enjoy on the Big Island of Hawaii.

    CAPTAIN'S TABLE CATERING won FIRST prize at the 3rd Annual Kona Chocolate Festival in March 2004 with their special creation of Duck Mole, shredded duck with traditional Mexican mole sauce in a phyllo cup.
