Caterers

Our mission is to work closely with each of our clients to create a special menu for the event. We offer a variety to choose from such as Vegan to vegetarian and even gluten free. We can take care of all your special requests. We offer appetizers, soup and salads, entrees, side dishes and desserts.

Our dishes are always fresh for we try our best to use ingredients from our local farmers market and even our own patio gardens. This is all a part of our business trying to utilize great local and organic ingredients to serve to our clients.

An example of a five course meal from us will start off with Individual Prawn Provencal Cocktails as an appetizer, Chilled Summer Berry Soup, Rosemary Rack of New Zealand Lamb as your main course and Boccone Dulce with Fresh Fruit, Chocolate and Whip Cream for your dessert. Other side dishes include Lemon Herb Rice, Grilled Vegetables with Goat Cheese and ukon Gold Truffled Mashed Potatoes.
