As an honored graduate of the Culinary Institute at Hyde Park, she's served in 4 star hotels across the US, fueling her passion for exquisite meals and catering. She never fails to use her tasteful expertise to get the most out of her Chefs, and guarantees that everyone on board is happy to be there. Offering more than magnificent meals, we'll also provide full service party planning when you're in need of fine linens, chinaware, florists and the like. 

With seasonal menus of hors d'oeuvres, soups, barbecue and main courses, even picky eaters will want to overdose on our gourmet meals. Grab a grilled fruit kebob in vanilla lime sauce from an appetizer tray, or gasp as you lay taste bud on our won ton cups with crab and avocado. Kids will love what we have in store with our cheesy macaroni, PB & J, and pasta bars. We can always keep it kosher at Jewish weddings and boast several menus to light up skeptical faces. Try our Basmati rice pilaf or herbed cous cous. No one says no to our mango mustard glazed chicken, and our roasted lamb with oregano, garlic & olive oil never fails to hit the spot.
