Personal Chef means that we are able to service everything from a couple to a couple hundred as long as the venue allows outside culinary services. A part of Chef Myles' vision has always been to incorporate International Cuisines or as he likes to say flavors of the world. Chef also prides himself on being able to amodate clients that are vegan as well as vegetarian.
Each menu is customized to the client's specifications during a free in-person consultation. Chef embraces the concept flavors of the world and really enjoys creating Culinary Delights which are never boring (such as the typical one meat, one starch, and one vegetable). You are transported to the Southwest, Asia, Italy or to the Caribbean and all Culinary Delights are prepared from scratch. All soups, sauces, and salad dressings are prepared fresh by no else but - you guessed it - Chef Myles.
