Harpists

As an aspiring harpist that specializes in delighting audiences with repertoires both sacred and classical, Cherith Riley has studied the harp since she was seven years old. Having been taught by Emily Waggoner, the Director of Harp Studies at the famous Bob Jones University, Cherith consistently received Superior ratings of her skills through elementary and junior high school. She won first place in string solo judging, two consecutive years in a row during junior high school statepetitions, and is currently amon staple in her church's musical performances.

In 2010, she was granted the acclaimed honor of showcasing her harp-playing talents at a senior high school level, and continued on to win first place in the 2011petition. Representing South Carolina in the AACS Nationalspetition, she graced the audience and judges with a beautiful, string solo rendition of Handel's Concerto in B flat Major .

Cherith is always up to play for local events like festivals, sculpture shows, weddings, receptions, and honorary parties, and she loves any and every excuse to sit down with her instrument and share her passion with others. Hoping to bless and inspire many with her God-given talent for music, she extends moderate prices to all who would hear her play.
