Conscious Bean’s coffee catering, experiential pop-ups, and on-location espresso bars are a proud creation of the boutique roastery and caffeination design firm's vision to elevate the high-end event space. Focused on rare, single origin, specialty grade beans from reserve, micro-lot, and passion project farms, Conscious Bean curates some of the most exclusive and acclaimed coffees in the world, roasting them for each event. Attention to detail is what sets exceptional events apart and intention is at the core of every Conscious Bean. We attach a word of intention to our roaster, to center and hone our focus during our craft. We 5 step reverse osmosis filter our water producing exceptionally pure water, as any impurity in the water can impact the quality of your cup. We then take time and attach words of intention to our water tanks. Water is the majority of your espresso shot, body and earth, and far too important to be overlooked, which is why we fill it with elements that can only come from the heart.

Our ingredients are organic, non-GMO, and whenever possible, locally sourced. For each event, we source dairy in glass bottles straight from Straus organic creamery along the central California coastline. The marine layer gives a unique flavor to the grass, and the grass fed cows provide a uniquely sweet, rich, and flavorful milk.

Our flavoring sauces, syrups, and tinctures are steeped for at least 36 hours and crafted from scratch with raw, genuine, ingredients - often straight from our organic garden. Our chocolate is an organic, single origin, fair trade African baking chocolate mixed with the least refined sugar in existence - organic rapadura cane sugar. This one-of-a-kind mixture creates the most decadent, complex and magical mocha, sipping chocolate or chilled chocolate cake batter you'll ever have. We digress.

Our cups and lids are sustainably sourced and 100% compostable. We offset our website 200% with wind energy, and plant trees for each event to further offset our footprint. That’s just the tip of our efforts to create exceptional products that are good to the earth, body, and palette.

Starting at just $695, we provide a range of services and offerings to fit any need from a power office meeting to a corporate gift, trade show, wedding, activation, or premier gala. Our espresso bar comes complete with a skilled barista, fresh ingredients, incredible coffee, beautiful bar and equipment and everything needed for an incredible caffeination experience. We are optimized to usually only need one wall outlet and we supply the rest!

NOTE: Since everything is sourced and prepared from scratch, we kindly request 12 days minimum notice for your event to be properly prepared. Please book any major holiday events with us ASAP. Space is exceptionally limited during the wedding and holiday seasons and availability is first come, first serve.
