Martial Arts Demonstrations

Our main mission is to help you aplish whatever it is that you set out to do. From getting in shape building your self confidence, learning as a way of self defense, relieving stress or mixing up your workout routine, we are here to help. The programs that we offer range from beginner to advanced so there is something for everyone. It's our priority to help you reach your goals.

We have three qualified instructors who have trained extensively to reach their level of expertise. They are there to help you master the art of martial arts by sharing their skills with the students. The programs and classes that we offer include  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is more of a self defence techinque while in a fight or protecting yourself from a larger person.  Submission Grappling is about fighting when both parties are on the ground and holding or grappling your opponent in place.  Womens Kickboxing is more of a cardio exercise that involves kicking and punching.  Childrens Mixed Martial Arts aims to helo students grasp the skills of self defence and also helps with them being more assertive and confident.

Making the first step is easy and the best place to start is a private introductory class. You'll experience, first-hand, the excitement and challenge of Cutting Edge Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Through this lesson you'll have the opportunity to not only meet one-on-one with the instructor, but to see all the benefits and advantages of how Cutting Edge will change your life physically and mentally.
