Who we are:

I’m Arthur Smith the proprietor and lead investigator for the Agency. I established the company in 2007 and am one of only two certified instructors qualified to teach Armed Security personnnel in Oregon. I  am the head instructor of the mandatory training for all of the DDA weapons team. This special weapons team receives additional training from R.E.A.C.T. an excellent training school, staffed with experienced and professional instructors and teachers. You can rest assured that our security experts come well trained and are qualified to handle a wide range of services and security needs.
