Music has always been an important part of EddyDean's life, some of his fondest childhood memories are of his mother singing Gospel to him as well as listening and singing to his dad's vinyl 's Love Me Tender and Teddy Bear . He remembers hearing his dad singing all the songs of the , a Jim Reeve's song entitled He'll Have To Go . Even today, one of Eddy's all time favorites is Wee To My World .
EddyDean began singing in church choirs and performing solos when he was 14. Through the years he has sung for audiences of all ages, both large and small from California to Florida. His most recent local performances have been for Calvary Tabernacle, Christian Growth Fellowship, Without Walls International Church, Northside Assembly Of God, The Potter's House, Manor Care Convalescent Center, Hearthstone, Mary Walker Tower Jewish Center, Tranquillo Inc. Coffeehouse, Take2Lounge and Beckett Lake Lodge Summerville.
Eddy's voice is velvety smooth and reminiscent of the voices of years gone by such as Dean MArtin, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Nat 'King' Cole and Bobby Darin just to mention a few.
