With over 30 years of experience in concierge food service, our staff will make your party a memorable event for you and your guests. Whether at home, an off premise venue or corporate event we have you covered from Birthdays, Showers, Christenings, Weddings, Holidays, Kosher Holidays, BBQ’s, Graduations, and Business Related Dinners. Our wait staff, bartenders, chefs, grill masters, captains and maitre d’s are all TIPS® certified and bartenders are licensed. (TIPS - Training for Intervention Procedures is the global leader in education and training for the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol.)

WAIT STAFF
•Pre-party setup of tables, chairs, bar, decorations
•Buffet or dinner table setup
•Coat check
•Hors d’oeuvre prep and serve
•Replenish platter and/or buffet chafers as needed
•Coffee & dessert setup (including cake cutting & serving)
•Continual cleaning of party area, break down buffet and package up leftovers.
• Wash and put away all dishes , clean counters, sweep kitchen floor and wash if needed.
•Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area
•Remove all garbage (including restroom) and recycle

BARTENDER
•Set up bar station with all necessary materials glassware and ice
•Prepare garnish (cut lemons, prepare drink mixes, etc.)
•Serve your guests throughout the evening, while keeping a clean work area
•At end of event pack up all supplies, beer, soda etc. in original boxes
•Thoroughly clean the bar area
•Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area

EVENT CAPTAIN
•Point person ( could also be 1 of the wait staff) for the party/event
•Coordinates with the event planner, DJ and all other event staff
•Delegates responsibilities to staff and handles any issues that should arise
•Keeps everything running smoothly, efficiently and on time

KITCHEN HELP
•Heat food, prepare platters and help wait staff set & replenish buffet
•Break down buffet and package up left overs
•Clean kitchen area
•Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area
•Remove all garbage & recycle
•Prep food (Food provided by host) for cooking.
•Carve meat for your buffet
•Prepare and plate appetizing hors d’ oeuvres’ and dinners
•Clean kitchen area
•Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area
•Remove all garbage and recycle

BBQ GRILL MASTER
•Setup of grill area with supplies & clean area if needed before starting to grill
•Grill the hamburgers, hotdogs, or something more upscale like steak, fish or chicken to your specifications
•Clean grill & grill area
•Wrap up leftovers
•Remove all garbage and recycl

Wonderful wait staff service from Kathy at Elite Party Staffing!

Kathy from Elite Party Staffing was a pleasure to work with from the booking up to the party and throughout the party! I have a big family and they always end up gathering around my kitchen island, which didn't make Kathy's job any easier, but she didn't flinch and just kept working around them, totally unfazed by it! She was awesome! Kathy was very calm, cool, and collected the entire party and dealt with anything thrown at her with patience and kindness. She worked efficiently and thoroughly for the entire 5 hours that she serviced our 1st communion party. She truly was an asset to the party and I will definitely call her and Elite Party Staffing again in the future, as well as recommend her services to anyone inquiring for wait staff help. Thank you, Kathy, and Elite Party Staffing for a great party!!!

Amazing Stress-Free Party Thanks to the Elite Staff

Kathy at Elite Party Staffing made the planning of the party EASY and her staff made the party EASY to enjoy! Before the event, Kathy was in contact with me multiple times to verify our needs and confirm the staff. On the day of the event, the staff was available to answer last minute questions and concerns. We had a bartender, server and grill master, all of whom were very professional and accommodating to the needs of me and my guests. The food was prepared with care and everything excellent, the drinks were made with precision and the bartender handled all requests eloquently. The server made sure he was available to every single one of the guests and was constantly in and out of the kitchen washing up empty glasses and also helping the other staff. The three of them worked so well together and really made our event perfect. I would not think about have another party at my home without Elite Party Staffing. Our guests were amazed at all they did and asked for cards on the way out! Finally, to add to the exceptional quality of this company and the staff, Kathy did everything she could for a last minute event out of the area and it came together perfectly. Thank you Kathy, Christine, Vinnie and Jim!
