I'm a 45 year old mother of two, happily married, sensual woman. I am a professional dance instructor - not an exotic dancer - these classes are not for professional exotic dancers.

They are for real women who live their lives every day as moms, wives, daughters and sisters - who are ready to reach inside and reclaim themselves.

Class Description

We offer parties for any celebration - bachelorette, birthday, girls night out - and we come to your Chicagoland location. You provide a flat, secure ceiling and friends, we bring the poles and the fun! Pole parties generally last from 2-3 hours.

We also provide group pole dance classes in the south suburbs. Group classes are located in Chicago Heights and in Frankfort, Illinois. All class levels are offered from beginner techniques through advanced.

Each class will last for 75 minutes with 15 minutes of warm up and stretching and one hour of lesson time. Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks. You will learn basic dance moves in addition to pole positions and spins.

This is a great environment with the support of other students to encourage your progress and cheer you on. Bring your friends or make new ones. Either way it's an exciting evening out and a great new way to get in shape while having fun!

Whether you are dancing for yourself or for someone else, these classes will help you tone up and feel confident every time you look in a mirror or walk into a room!
