Ensambles Ballet Folklorico de San Francisco was founded in 1992 in San Francisco, California by enthusiastic dancers with different degrees of experience in Mexican folk dance.

They came together with the objective of promoting Mexican dance with quality and authenticity. Today, under the direction of Zenon Barron, Ensambles has developed a stylized touch to enhance the traditional elements of the culture without sacrificing the folkloric value of this dance form.
