We are pleased to offer our charming Southern Colonial mini estate for your next special event. Our venue is unique, spacious, lovely and homey making it perfect for entertaining or holding meetings. We have catered to all sorts of events from family gatherings and seminars to affairs as small as exercise classes. Our two story entrance is impressive and gracious.
Our venue offers very large living and formal dining rooms so hosting up to 100 guests is no problem. With a wood burning fireplace off the large living room, the space creates a great flow for all guests. The kitchen is over-sized making it perfect for buffets and great catered events. The 2nd floor offers a huge bonus room filled with exercise equipment and a far-infrared sauna, while the third floor is a very large bonus room, as well.
With a lovely screened in porch, garden area and perimeter fencing, who wouldn't enjoy our lovely pool area? It is private and exhilarating. With a big kitchen like ours, hiring catering is easy, or cooking your own food is enjoyable. There is an outdoor barbecue to be utilized, also.
If you need any additional chairs or tables, they can be rented separately from us.
