Your audience will be engaged with crystal clear sound and video, and our clean set-up keeps the technology virtually invisible so that your message shines through. We eliminate the planning and troubleshooting headaches so that you can focus on your audience.
Our Service Area
We are based in Valdosta, GA and routinely serve an area within a 100 mile radius. However, we are built to serve any customer who needs us, and we are particularly interested inpanies and organizations that need extended audio/visual support for regional meetings in the Southeast U.S. While we are able to support events of any scale, our speciality is support for corporate events such as training, product launches, banquets, and fundraisers.
Service Options
Equipment Only This is our self-service option for clients that need simple A/V for a small venue, such as an office meeting, and are familiar with the operation of basic equipment. You can arrange to pick up equipment from us, or have us deliver equipment to your venue to set up yourself. We provide handy user guides to help make your set-up easier.
Delivery & Set-up This option is most popular with clients who require support to ensure proper set-up of technical equipment, or to ovee set-up issues in venues with tricky configurations, but do not need on-site assistance during their events. One of our technicians will arrive early to take care of all your set-up needs, and review the equipment to make sure you'refortable with the operation. When your event is done, we'll be there to pack up for you!
Total Event Production For events of any size requiring professional production support, we provide a free consultation to assess your needs and to survey your event venue. We are proactive and solution- minded, and we are able to provide the technology and expertise needed to help you create a successful event with the quality and excellence you deserve.
