Phyllis Robey is a professional makeup artist that does Weddings, Proms, Special Events, Film, Training Videos; Music Videos, as well as Editorial and Print. She has worked as an artist since 1989. She has attended classes with at the Fred Segal School of Beauty previous located in Santa Monica, CA, Instructor Sharon Gault; Tina Earnshaw (Titanic); Sam Fine (Bonners Brothers Hair Show), and training with various cosmetic companies. She believes in making the client skin look healthy and vibrant. Her motto is "Look your Best."

Phyllis has worked with many designers in her hometown of Indianapolis, In; she has film credits for working on the film "Forgive Me Father; she also has worked with Redbook and a local magazine called "Power Magine."
