All of our professional paints are safe and non-toxic. We will work with you to make your event a success!
RATES
Fancy Faces strives to make the magic of face painting affordable to everyone.
Our rates start at $50/hour (2 hour minimum) for private events and $50.00 per hour for public events.
A $10-$20 trip charge may be added for out of area events.
Why are our rates so low?
Most face painting artistspanies charge upwords of $125 or more an hour. We don't. First, we believe that the joy of face painting should be available to everyone. Secondly, we take more time with each child to make their experience a special one, so we do less faces per hour. We give 6-10 minutes or more per child, that's 6-10 faces an hour, ensuring a quality painting, fun experience and a good value for the money. That's only $4.00-$6.00 per face for quality art and fun! And yes, we use the professional paints, have liability insurance and are professionally trained just like the others.
Your child deserves the best at the best price.
FOR LARGER EVENTS:
We do smaller face & cheek designs for high traffic events, where we average 10-15 faces an hour at $50.00 per hour.
We can also charge the attendee directly for each face (ranging from $4.00-$8.00 per face depending on choice).
Additional artists are available for extra large venues for an additional $50 per hour per artist.
Special rates available for non-profit organizations.
About The Artist
Dana Wright is a self-taught artist, grandmother of 5, and mother of three. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Dana took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout her childhood, Dana developed an appreciation for her majestic surroundings. She would often sit in draw for hours with pastels and pad. Her mother gave her a love of watercolors and that soon became her favorite medium. Years of artistic expression made it clear that Dana's life would be centered upon her passion for art. Dana owned her own freelance graphic design business, has painted onmission and has done web design and desktop publishing.
Dana is now a professional face painter full-time because she loves that she can bring smiles and joy to so many, young and old, through her art. She lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband Phil, two pugs, Ginger and Marianne, and her two cats Tiger and Sterling.
