Attached is a chocolate buffet you may be interested in for your facility. I can rent this to you, set the machine up, attend it, take it down for a flat fee. I can provide the dipping items however I prefer the facility handle that and use what the bride requests. You can, then charge the individual for the fruits, cookies, marshmallows or whatever they wish to dip. Currently brides are opting for the chocolate fountain opposed to a wedding cake, instead using chocolate covered strawberries to exchange with their spouse at the reception. This has been a big dessert item in the Western States and can also be a huge success here. Please feel free to call for information.
Indulge and let your guests do the same. In the past people have been drawn to the wedding cake, then just go sit down to their assigned table. More and more events offer a chocolate fountain during cocktail hour, to not only compliment the cake but giving the guests something to do.

Also for caterers, banquet managers and event coordinators-I take full responsibility for the linens, decorating and cleanliness of the area around the fountain. Dare to be different and offer this to your clients. My pricing is reasonable: I will set up, arrange the table, professionally attend the fountain for 2 hours, provide all chocolate (up to 300 guests), chocolate skewers, and take the fountain down.. I do not use your kitchen, utensils or other items. My cost for this service is 300.00.
