Gelati flavors include, but are not limited to, Acai berry, Black pepper, Cake batter, Cream whiskey, Dulce de leche, Egg nog, Fig, Grape, Hazelnut, Irish Cream, Kiwi, Lavender, Lichi, Mango, Mint, Nougat, Olive Oil, Papaya, Pear, Pumpkin, Red Velvet, Snickers, Sweet corn, Thahitian Vanilla, Tropical fruit, Vanilla Bean, Walnut, White Macadamia nut, and Zafferno. 
Sorbetti Flavors include, but are no limited to, Apple Cider, Basil, Canaloupe, Ginger, Key Lime, Lemon Grass, Melon, Mojito, Orange, Peach Pink Guava, Port wine, Raspberry, Strawberry, Tangerine, Wasabi, and White wine.
