Global Cuisine @ The Lot's restaurant can easily seat between 150 to 2,000 guests. Our fabulous state of the art open display kitchen allows guests to enjoy the style and approach of Chef Gary Arabia's culinary prowess.

"Global Cuisine", an Eric Rosen designed restaurant with a 7.500 square foot patio and park is based at "The Lot". Our newest venue "the rooftop" offers a 360-degree panoramic view from the Hollywood Hills to downtown Los Angeles and the Westside. It is pre-rigged for tenting and contains power sleeves. Below "the rooftop" are six hundred parking spaces - plenty of room for all of your larger, themed events and entertainment needs. The venue features seven sound stages ranging in size from 8,500 feet to double stages up to 27,000 square feet.

Event production:

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for setting the perfect mood for any celebration, Chef Gary Arabia has produced and catered intimate and private parties for groups large or small. Gary's talent for capturing the essence and spirit of the evening ensures that every event is a truly unforgettable one. Gary and his superb event team are able to coordinate all of the fine details of an event ranging from the cuisine, design, decor, lighting, entertainment and professional staffing.
