Owned by Dale Hendrickson, a veterinarian, farmer, businessman, and entrepreneur who purchased the home and 45 acres of farm ground in 2008. This purchase included 4.7 acres of a recently established forestry preserve. A decision was made to turn it into a conference center and retreat.

Extensive landscaping was done to take full advantage of the "grand view" of the White River and thus became the name of this venture.

Grandview Lake is just down the road. Catch and release fishing is allowed. It is a beautiful setting for weddings and or a picnic.

Now the Grandview River house, our facility is open for group events year round.
