Hav-A-Seat Party Rental has been servicing South Eastern Michigan since 2004. Brian Humphrey started the company renting tents, tables, chairs and much more. A few years later as the company grew, he added a top of the line photo booth. With the company growing each year and the needs of the customer growing, Kevin and Cherie joined the company in 2010. With the addition of Kevin and Cherie, the company even more, by adding a large inventory of bouncers and concession items. We strive to make sure our customers are happy.

Tents:
Our 20 x 40 Pole Canopy tent is available for rent for $275.00. This tent will accommodate 80 to 100 people.
*For grass surfaces.
Side walls are extra and cost $.50 per foot.
*Pole tents can be installed on asphault surfaces for an additional charge(Call for pricing).
Our 20 x 30 Pole Canopy tent is available for rent for $265.00 and will accommodate 60 to 80 people.
*For grass surfaces.
Side walls are extra and cost $.50 per foot.

Our 20 x 20 Frame canopy tent is available for rent for $230.00 and will accommodate 40 to 50 people. (hard or soft surface)
A 20 x 20 Pole tent is also available for $185.00. The pole tent is for grass surface and has a center pole.
Side walls are extra and cost $.50 per foot.
Our 15 x 15 Frame canopy tent is available for rent for $200.00 and will accommodate up to 25 people. (hard or soft surface)
Chairs:
Our Premium chairs are available at $1.30 ea. These chairs are high quality, sturdy and comfortable.
We also rent a discount chair. They are $1.20 ea. and come in white & Brown
Tables:
8 foot tables are available for $8.10 ea.
5 foot round tables are available for $8.10 ea.
6 foot Tables are available for $6.10 ea.
6 foot fill-n-chill tables available for $45.00 ea.
