Business Meetings and Seminars: The Seminar Theater canfortably hold 75 occupants and is equipped with the latest technology. Digital presentations can be viewed via high-quality front and rear projection screens. The integrated teleconferencing and sound system enables multiple wireless microphone capability and encoder for simultaneous video, audio and data streaming. All technology functions are conveniently controlled through a centralized 10-inch touch screen control system.
Our Conference and Banquet rooms are expandable to amodate 120 people and are equipped with a front projection screen and ceiling mounted projector, controlled via a centralized control system. We can arrange these rooms to suit your needs with theater-style seating, banquet round tables, or meeting-style rectangle tables. An event host/hostess will be on site to ensure your function goes smoothly. We rmend fabulous catering services, or wee outside food and beverages we even have a full service kitchen for your use if needed.
Weddings and Receptions: We can help you make your wedding exceptional and memorable. Our wedding/reception package includes banquet seating for up to 120 quests, a cake and sign-in table, Use of our full-service kitchen and patio, signage to direct guests, microphones and audio system with laptop or iPod hook-up, ceiling mounted projector for wedding video, floor easel, and an on-site event hostess. We can suggest a variety of caterers, or you can bring in your own food or caterer.
Parties, Luncheons and Family Gatherings Our large banquet room is the perfect venue for a party or gathering. The specialized staff at the Horizon Financial Event Center has helped coordinate a masquerade party, a 30th birthday party, a family reunion, and a baby's first birthday party among other events, giving us the experience to help make your event special.
Virtual Office Maintain a 'physical' office with Horizon Financial Center's prestigious location and outstanding amenities. We'll provide the services to run your office without the staffing headaches! Have a receptionist answer your phones and transfer the call to your cell phone or landline, and use our conference rooms and private offices for important business meetings. All of this for a price at a fraction of what it would cost to lease your own office space.
Conference Rooms Schedule your next meeting at the Horizon Financial Center and set a great first impression. Our conference rooms are expertly designed and canfortably fit 4 to 20 people. Each room includes the amenities you need such as audio, a whiteboard or a projector.
