Our professional DJ and Party Planning Service has been entertaining Unforgettable Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Dream Weddings, Corporate and Gala Events, Proms, Graduations, Sweet 16's and Birthday Celebrations for over 20 years! Our DJs and entertainers have traveled extensively throughout the US both domestic and international to provide clients with our personalized New York style of featured entertainment.
Hear the sounds of today's hottest hits to a wide range of music everyone can dance to including Mainstream, Top 40, Hip Hop, Club, House, European Techno, and R & B to the Big Band era featuring Ballroom and Swing, 50's Doo Wop and Rock n Roll, 60's and 70's Classic Rock and Motown, 70's Disco, Hustle, Funk and Soul and our always popular 80's and 90's New Wave and Freestyle! We also supply a vast selection of international contemporary, ethnic, and holiday music. Latin, Reggae, Israeli including both Mizrahi and Klezmer, European, Russian and Asian flavored themes including Indian, Greek, Armenian, Turkish and Middle Eastern selections can all be personalized.
Our clients may submit a list of special requests so that we may personalize their affair accordingly. We utilize the most sophisticated equipment available featuring our high end digital sound system, including DJ booth, wireless microphones, and professionally mixed CD's, MP3's and DVD's.
MCs & Dance Motivators
We can entertain a wide assortment of audience participation type activities depending on the amount of people you expect. We also cater to the adults and kids with fun interactive dance routines.
The entire event is structured together by both DJ and MC. Upon request, we perform all MCing to get people out on the dance floor. Every affair is different and is personalized as per the client's request.
Here is a list of the activities and games our MC/Dancer/Motivators together with DJ coordinate to interact with guests:

• Exhibit interactive dances (Internationally influenced selections ie. Latin and Israeli, Cha Cha Slide, Cotton Eye Joe, Conga Line, Electric Slide, Modern Stroll, Motown, 70's Hustle and Disco, 80's and 90's New Wave and Freestyle, today's Hip Hop, Club and Top 40, 50's and 60's Rock n Roll, Big Band, Swing and Ballroom)
  
• Lip Sync and Video/Club Dancing throughout event.
  
• Interchange various props and giveaways, specific to songs & music themes.
  
• Act as judges and/or assist in games.
  
• Assist in party favor distribution.
  
• Exhibit choreographed routines at various junctures (possible themes: Broadway, Movie, Latin (, Meringue), 50's, 60's, Dirty Dancing, Top 40, Club/House/Hip Hop)
  
• Special attention to the Stars of the event (& Bat-Mitzvah, Sweet-16, Bride & Groom). Include them in themes with props and various light up handouts
  
• Games: Limbo, Hoola-Hoop, Name that TV Tune, Trivia, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Runway Model, Dance Off, Freeze Dance, Bubble Wrap, Twister, Snowball, Coke and Pepsi, Basketball, Volleyball, Mummy Wrap, Dating Game, Lip Sync, Relay R
  
• Other activities: Conga Line, Hands Up, YMCA, Motown Medley, Electric & Cha Cha Slide, Macarena, Swing Set, 70's Soul Train and the Stroll, Auctions and Dance C
  Dancers work best in pairs. They perform specific dance routines, choreographed to coordinate with the theme of the function and the music.
  These routines can be performed with as many dancers as requested. Interactive dancing is performed with children and adults.
  About Jerry Laskin
  From a family of entertainers, it's not surprising that Jerry Laskin would continue their tradition of providing quality entertainment and personalized, sincere service. His father, Harry Laskin, has been playing keyboard in orchestras and on his own for close to 50 years. Jerry's mom has also been a singer and dancer her whole life. Jerry's uncle, Sy Laskin, has an established orchestra and Sy's son, Martin Laskin, plays in the renowned Neshoma orchestra in addition to teaching music in Westchester county.
  By 1980, still in college, Jerry had already formed his own disc-jockey and entertainmentpany. As program director, in addition to disc-jockeying and engineering at the college's radio station, Jerry had developed an early interest in this new form of entertainment. With the baby boom generation growing up listening to studio recordings, Jerry knew that a growing interest in a more economical but equally satisfying form of entertainment such as disc-jockeys would arise.
