HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT CONTACT THEM!!
I contacted him and his wife 3 weeks ago. It took Kate to let me know if they have the date available after 3 phone calls (like I have to run after them) and then I’ve been calling for 2 whole weeks leaving voicemails etc and nothing. Finally I texted her to call me urgently at 8:30 PM and her husband texts me back at 12:10 AM (who texts clients after midnight???) then started talking mad shit to me telling me I’m “pressuring” him too much and I’m “thinking too much” and telling me yes available then following it with nope booked. Basically CANCELLED MY SHOW!!!! Which I told Kate from our last conversation I will return Call and book and I did several times. Maybe he doesn’t speak English way but that’s NO WAY to treat a customer!!! And after that conversation (which I have saved and can show anyone interested) I said forget it I would never allow a dumb person like that be around my kids. And wife texts me out of the country so she isn’t even here for the day of my sons birthday. Completely unorganized irresponsible and imcompletely NOT reliable!!! So please everyone DO NOT BOOK WITH STOIL THE MAGICIAN AND KATE THE CLOWN!!! Horribleee customer service!!
