Caterers

Specializing in on-site catering, we provide a variety of choices to create an excellent buffet. Our buffet styles allow you to have a hassle-free meal. Items are served on buffet tables in appropriate containers. Our courteous and professional catering staff will arrange your buffet tables in an effective and decorative manner. Disposable plates, utensils, napkins, chaffing dishes, serving dishes, decorations, all necessary condiments, all equipment needed, cooks, and clean-up crew are all included in the cost. A drop-off menu is also available.   We will grill the food at your location, or prepared foods can be delivered to you. Servers are available to assist with the buffet for $18.00 per hour.   At least one server is required for on-site catering. All our tasty foods are served fresh on an unlimited basis for two hours. Our buffet presentation is coordinated topliment your theme or occasion. New items are added on occasion.  We offer a variety of appetizers, finger foods, grilled entrees, regular entrees, and executive entrees.

Our appetizers and finger foods include a mini quiche assortment, mini egg rolls, soft pretzels, a shrimp platter, stuffed mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, barbeque wings, swedish meatballs, barbeque meatballs, mini quesadillas, jalapeno poppers, finger sandwiches, a fruit tray, hot wings, a vegetable tray, potato puffs, cheese puffs, and chicken tenders.  

Grilled entrees include barbeque chicken, grilled hot dogs, grilled bratwursts, teriyaki chicken, lemon pepper chicken, grilled hamburgers, veggie burgers, jerk chicken, and fried plantains.

Regular entrees include mostaciolli with marinara sauce, mostaciolli with meat sauce, sloppy joes, Italian sausages, Italian beef, fajitas, chili, fettuccini alfredo, fried chicken, meatballs, and Spanish rice.

Executive entrees include chicken fettuccini alfredo, lasagna, barbeque ribs, chicken shish kabob, beef shish kabob, pig roast side dishes, pasta salad, cole slaw baked beans, chilled sliced watermelon, fruit salad corn-on-the-cob, black potato salad, beans, Hawaiian salad, potato chips, tossed salad, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, vegetable, tray desserts, mini apple turnover, assorted cookie tray, brownies, cake slices, assorted mini pastries, mini cream puffs, mini clairs, ice cream, and assorted pies.

In addition, we can offer a pig roaster and an inflatable bar, at your convenience.  

Please call us if you do not see what you are looking for. We allow you to choose a menu that suits you. We have specially-designed packages for all your catering needs.   Packages include All-American Feast, Hawaiian Luau, Caribbean Spread, Wild West Bar-B-Que, Southwestern Fiesta, New Orleans Flavor, and Kiddie Corner.   Prices are dependent upon menu selections and the number of guests you are catering for. Prices are subject to sales tax, gratuity, set-up, and delivery charges.
