The Servers are highly skilled in all aspects of catering from set up to clean up. They will take care of it all, including food finishing, heating and serving hors d'oeuvres, setting up and maintaining a buffet, clean-up throughout and after the party and much more. The Bartenders are friendly and professional. By hiring a bartender, you can expand your selections of cocktails. We will be glad to send you a list of what to buy for the bar, or you can have the bar catered and have everything delivered including the bar, bartender, all the beverages, garnishes, ice and glassware.
