Our space is an all white canvas for innovators, rooted by a physical space in a vibrant part of Nolita neighborhood in NYC. Our team and alliances have over 30 years of combined experience within creative industries that strongly believe in the social and economic positive impact of creativity and innovation within a community. 

Our open floorplan, bare white walls and interchangeable partitions make Lot 379 the perfect unique venue for all occasions. Our space can be completely customized to perfectly match the theme and tone of your event or occasion.

We have hosted various groups and events including the Association of Women Art Dealers (AWAD), Art installations and exhibits, Private parties and gallery and pop-up gallery events.
