On Friday December 6th 2019 MB Epic Events planned--staffed and produced our Holiday Company Fundraising Event.
The event planners and managers that were in charge of the event execution that evening were highly professional--poised and detail oriented. They executed the table set up and getting the tables dressed for the event. They handled all of the coordination with the (15) different vendors we had on the day of the event. They managed the timeline for the event. They managed the waitstaff--food production staff and bartending staff. The service providers for this company were simply magnificent. Our attendees had a great time at the event and we raised over $125,000 that evening. We had over 400 attendees as well as a silent auction. The food at this event that was also by MB Epic Events catering division was simply astounding. We had a menu that was indian--moroccan and west african as well as many standard american and itallian dishes. The food satisfied the pallettes of the many international attendees we had at this event. I cannot say enough great things about this company and I look forward to re-hiring them for our event next year.
