The Jewels That Raq, are Southern California's premiere belly dance group. They are based out of Orange County and travel both Nationally and Internationally. They provide top quality shows, with the most talent, beautiful, professional belly dance artists available today!
They put on an amazing performance! Truly artistic. Incorporates all the elements of traditional belly dancing from different cultures, and merges them seamlessly with modern influences for a wonderfully diverse and unique show. Needless to say, anyone would enjoy watching these beautiful women, but when the dance floor opened up afterward, old women and little girls alike joined each other in trying to emulate their moves! Each beautiful performer is named after a precious Jewel to represent their uniqueness, beauty and talent: Sapphire, Ruby, Pearl, Onyx, Jade, Emerald, Diamond, Jasper, Crystal, etc.
The Jewels, may be booked as soloists ore together, as any size group of 10 or more.

The Jewels That Raq show offers specialty props and surprises such as: Snakes, Swords, Wings, Zills,Veils and Fire!
Each 60-90 minute show isplete, with a wide range of bellydance and international dance within one show:
Bellydance: Egyptian, Turkish, Lebanese, Moroccan and Tribal fusion.
International styles: Samba, Salsa, Persian and Indian Dance.
With variety like this, any audience is mesmerized by a constantly stimulating and evolving show!
