  Dont Use Mr. Moonbounce

When I first booked Mr.Moonbounce I was extremely excited because I thought I was going to make my childs dreams come true by having her favorite charecter Elsa come to her class on her birthday. Mr. Moon bounce charged me a $55.00 deposit and the remainder of the $212.00 balance was due the day before the event. Everything seemed to be ok until less than an hour before my childs event Mr. Moonbounce called and canceled stating Elsa's car broke down. Well I am sorry Mr. Moonbounce my 5 year old doesn't give a damn about Elsa's car. My daughters birthday was ruined and she will never turn 5 again. I was so upset when I got to my childs school I just handed her cupcakes to her teacher and left. I sat in my car and cried. Although my money was returned his unprofessionalism robbed my child of having a great birthday and turned her dream of Elsa into a night mare.
