Northwoods Ice Craft is a team of professional ice sculptors based in central Vermont. We are former chefs, wildlife artists, and craftsmen from various disciplines. Together we have over 40 years experience in top level resort hospitality and the visual arts.
We do not carve ice...We create guest experiences.
We host ice sculpting demonstrations and interactive events each winter with our resort partners. We also create custom ice sculptures of all types, from small martini chillers to full size ice bars, year round indoors and outdoors. And we are always looking for the next challenge.

Our Ice Blocks are manufactured by us. The 300lb ice blocks measuring 10 x20 x40 are frozen slowly over four days in custom built freezers. The water is circulated during freezing to expel all the air and impurities to create crystal clear ice. We usually have a small supply of ice blocks available for chefs and aspiring sculptors.
