We are located on the first floor with handicap accessibility, seating capacity is for 80 people with long banquet tables, equipped with Central Air Conditioning and/or heating system, and we have ample parking nearby, as well as public transportation by buses and subway. We offer the hall with chairs, tables, a bar, and Dj booth with disco ball and dance lights, and 8 Chafing racks to warm the food buffet style (Just bring fuel). We offer Flexible Rental Pricing where you pay according to the day you select the party. Bring your own food and drinks at no extra charge and choose your ideal 5 hours for the party and have time to set up..
