Prime Location
This property is ideally located on the ocean in the small, safe private cobblestone enclave known as San Antonio del Mar. Just 15 miles south of the US border 40 minutes from the San Diego airport and 25 minutes from the Tijuana airport it is conveniently located and easily accessed. Transport to and from the US can be arranged, including a 14-passanger van. UBER operates throughout the area and professional drivers are available for excursions to town, the wineries, etc.
San Antonio del Mar provides many unique amenities that you will be hard pressed to find in other nearby locales including several restaurants (American sports bar/grille, seafood, high end gourmet and sushi/tapas) live entertainment venues (rock and roll, popular female vocalist) a convenience store, pool, park and tennis & Spa is just across the road. It has two restaurants and a very cool late-night Cuban bar. Rosarito Beach is five miles away (as well the Wal-Mart, Home and Office Depots, McDonalds s, etc.) and many great restaurants. Several restaurants deliver. Downtown Tijuana is 15 minutes away and it has many highly regarded restaurants. The Guadalupe Valley wineries are only 50 minutes south and Ensenada is just an additional 10 minutes further.

This home s fourteen rooms and 7,000 sq. ft. of living space are distributed over five levels (see below), each having an en suite bedroom (with four having ocean views). Itfortably sleeps ten in three king, and two queen, beds. A large piano bar/loungefortably seats 15+ guests to watch a movie or projection-screen presentation. A pool room, sauna, steam room, gym and wine cellar are nearby. Designed for large-scale entertaining, this property is directly across from the five Coronado Islands, which serve as the centerpiece of a jaw-dropping view from almost anywhere on the property. Some 2,500 sq. ft. of ocean-facing deck is distributed over three levels even with a 12 by 12 dance floor these decks easily amodate 150+seated guests. The design and sheer size of the home facilitate both the convenience of being together and privacy. You will never feel crowded here indeed, you may have trouble finding other guests on occasion.
Full-Service Turn-Key Environment
This offering includes daily housekeeping service and a full-time bi-lingual house manager who can make breakfast, chauffeur guests to town or arrange any type of dining/entertainment function. A trustworthy staff having experience facilitating parties onsite is available as well as the area's most popular vocalists, DJs and instrumentalists security and valet attendants, bartenders, servers, photographers and drone videographers. Catering by the area s best restaurants, most having experience at this venue, is available as well as the ability to fly in whatever delicacy you wish.

Most importantly, this is a very reliable and secure facility that was built and equipped to US standards wherever possible. There are two water heaters (each capable of six back to back hot showers), a large LP gas supply tank, an internal 80 gallon reserve water supply (able to service the needs of six weekenders should the city water service fail) seven gas fireplaces and five mini-fridges conveniently located throughout. The home has 150+ lights on dimmers for very effective lighting everywhere. The mattresses are high-end US brands including two that are memory foam. High-speed Internet access (via portable hot spots) and nine TVs are located throughout the home, all connected to DISH (featuring HBO, Showtime, Starz and many other premium channels, pay-per-view events and XM-Sirius radio stations). Each level has its own sound system employing premium vintage audio equipment able of interface via Bluetooth with an iPod, iPhone or DISH feed. Access to the ocean is available via the next door neighbor's staircase. Although the neighborhood is a private gatedmunity it is patrolled by municipal police officers 24/7/365.

Availability & Cost
This property is available to qualified individuals/organizations for Non-Holiday at rate of $1,250 per weekday/evening $2,250/weekend day/night or $6,500/week. Holiday rates are as follows: $2,250 per weekday/evening $2,450/weekend day/night or $12,750/week. A security deposit is required. This property is available to qualified individuals/organizations on the following basis:
A cleaning fee of $300 will apply plus a special events fee of $2,000 if applicable.
A security deposit of $3,000 is required.
The cost of added staff transportation special service needs and catering will be extra, but fair. By example, depending upon the gathering size, aplete six-course oceanfront dinner party with live entertainment, servers, a bartender and full bar should cost between $25 and $35/guest. .
