Joette Giardina, Owner of Party People Celebrationpany started creating balloon decor for friends, church groups and family in 2000. In December 2003, she expanded her business and became the new owner of Party People Celebration Co., a Special Event and Balloon Decoratingpany based in Lakeland, Florida since 1995.
In August 2008 Joette became a Certified Balloon Artist, an internationally recognized certification through Qualatex.
Party People meets the needs of individuals, families, small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations to create Memorable Events.
Joette participates in ongoing training in the industry to provide clients with the latest techniques and products to add the WOW factor to your event!
In October 2008, Joette was a member of the International Balloon Team for the AEMI Balloon Couture Fashion show in Shanghai China. With fellow balloon artist Melissa Gejergi they created balloon dresses for the runway show, and created a Floating Balloon Sculpture for the pre-show events. It was an honor to work with the Top Balloon Professionals in the World.
In November 2007, Joette served as a crew leader at the Fourth Annual BalloonTown USA in Ohio. She was part of an international team of Balloon Designers from Europe, Israel and the United States. Over 150,000 balloons were used to break an existing world record set in 2003 for the Guiness book of World Records.
In August 2006, Joette was a member of the 4 person team to construct the 1st Place Large Sculpture at Balloon Camp in Las Vegas. The Yellow Blossom Fairy was designed by Carmen Ballering from Milwaukee.
