We will take care of the situation while you and your guests can experience a tension-free time at your event.   Having planned events for over 10 years, I specialize in children's events.   However, I also plan for bridal showers, baby showers, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, graduation parties, and corporate events.   As a professional event planner, I plan for the day of coordination, full event coordination, invitations, decorations, party favors, children's themed activities, vendor coordinations, and consults.For the day of coordination, I hire party hostesses at an hourly rate to help set up your party.   They will help decorate, pick up the ice and cake, serve drinks, assist with food and activities, and assist with cleaning up.For the full-day event coordination, we figure out every single detail of your ideal event.   We customize each party to fit the client's party's needs.If you have no time to shop, don't fret.   We will do the shopping for you.   We will also assist with setting up and tearing down the decorations, as well.Whether you plan an adult party or a children's event, we provide materials that are age-appropriate for every participant.If you request party favors, we will provide the party with a personalized theme and theme-related goodie bags.You do not need to worry about managing every single member of your helpmittee.   We will manage and pay your vendors while you fully focus on your guests.
