Rental of Limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

Phoenix Town car, SUV & Limo Transportation requires a major credit card to process on-line reservations.

Vehicle will not be reserved until this signed contract has been received and payment arrangements have been made. All on-line reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please call our office at

5 hours minimum required during the evenings of Fridays and Saturdays.
Airport pickups:
Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $ 27.50 per half hour of waiting time. For all arriving flights, if not a meet and greet arrangement your driver will then make arrangements to meet you at the blue diamond pick up area. To avoid a no-show fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. The number is:. A $20 surcharge will be applied to any trip before 5 am of after 12 am and certain holidays.
Damages
Customer is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and exterior of vehicle and any equipment of said vehicle. This is including but not limited to : smoking, gum, alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of any and all glassware including decanters, breakage of lights, television, DVD, radio, CD player. Repair and replacement of items shalle at an exuberant cost to the with charges ranging from $500-$1000. All passengers must understand and agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner (you are renting the vehicle you did not purchase it). Phoenix Town Car SUV & Limo Transportation reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle at anytime and anywhere and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.
While we are happy to let you bring personalpact disks, videotapes and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or afterpletion of the limousine rental period.
We shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.
In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the limousine rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.
