Rates start at $99.00 per hour (2 hr minimum please.) Travel fees may apply for distances greater than 30 minutes drive time from 32814. About the artist: Cheryl Alleman has been painting children's faces for over 13 years in the Jacksonville FL area. A children's museum used her Sprinkles persona as its official character (Sprinkles Children's Museum.) In 2009, Cheryl moved to the Orlando area and has recently participated in the Baldwin Park Doggie Derby, the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, the Fourth of July Bash at Baldwin Park and the 2011 Spring Fling at West Oaks Mall.
