Characters for Kids

Creating memorable and fun experiences for Kindergarten through 2nd Grade students, Super Bird creates an interactive dramatic show that is sure to delight and dazzle.

Her stories use dramatics and music for the most entertainment value, and can be based on such classic themes as The Three Little Pigs, Where the Wild Things Are, or princess or pirate themes.

She can also entertain young children with holiday stories and Jewish tales.

Betsy is formally trained in theater, and has years of experience creating entertaining learning experiences for children. She has a Master's in Early Childhood teaching, has been published in First Teacher Magazine, and appeared on local radio and television. Children get to see, feel, touch and smell the characters as she makes theme alive for her audiences.

Betsy also has new performances as NutraBird and Gilda the Germ to educate kids about good nutrition and hygiene. 

Acting out various fables with morals about bullying, honesty and respect, Super Bird Betsy is a great addition to school lessons or birthday parties.

Educational Programs
Betsy has performed at almost 2,000 elementary schools. Her show is innovative and her approach inspired children to want to learn and grow better.
Depending on the time of the year, Betsey will incorporate different holiday stories and traditions.
