Swifty the Clown is Cleveland's premiere balloon entertainer. He is not your normal dog-making, heart giving, sword-handling, balloon animal-making entertainer. He marvels the crowd with his spectacular balloon creations. According to Dan Deely, at the Fish Radio Station (106.5), he is one of the top 10 best things to have at a birthday party! Swifty is also known as Allen Stay.

Allen has been performing since he was in high school. He dabbled with magic, picked up juggling in one week from the book called "Juggling for the complete Klutz", and joined a mime troupe for five years! During those five years he picked up balloon twisting and has helped to make it a new art form!

"THE SWIFTY BALLOON SHOW!!!"
Complete with awesome juggling, magic, mime and of course all combined with the greatest incredible balloon creations imaginable! Throughout the show, kids are brought up from the audience to help Swifty make some of his most incredible balloon sculptures they have ever seen! Each of his volunteers gets to keep the balloon that they help him make! At the end of each show no child will be left behind as Swifty will make each one a creation! The Swifty Balloon Show is best suited for audiences age 4 and up, and of at least 15 children.
