Our fountains utilize Ghirardelli and Guittard chocolates. It is available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate. Our chocolate is couverture chocolate which means it contains extra cocoa butter, making it creamy enough to flow elegantly over the fountain. We can also provide colored chocolate, as well as, different flavors.
