Crane grows a real beard every year for credibility, and is a member of the Real Bearded Santas. He performs all the traditional Santa Services: handing out candy canes or treats you provide, reading a story or poem of your choice, hand delivering every labeled family gift (up to ten members), providing a huge red bag (big enough for a tricycle), and taking photos with all.
