I have been taking photographs since I was first given a camera by my parents at 10 years old. It has been a journey and love affair with film and now digital. As long as the Lord allows, I will continue to follow my heart's desire to photograph.

I attend professional photography and Photoshop seminars on a regular basis and have won a few national awards with Canon, Nikon and local awards through the towns of Fairhaven and New Bedford.

With my lovely wife Michelle, we will strive to make your wedding and family portraits the most beautiful and cherished memories for years to come.

Robert J. Manny possesses a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Design & Photography from Swain School of Design, Computer Graphics Certificate from Clark University, and has been photographing weddings for over 28 years.

Robert has also worked freelance for various newspapers such as The Standard-Times, The Boston Globe, The Denver Post, Rocky Mountain Homestead Flyer, and wildlife photography with the Buttonwood Park Zoo, National Geographic internship with clients such as Verzion, DirectTV and Sports Illustrated. Robert started his business over 20 years ago with the creation of his company, Through The Lens Photography. Robert is a member of Wedding & Portrait Photographers International & National Association Photoshop Professionals.
