With over 11 years of professional experience, we offer custom tents fit specifically for your chosen event. Because we know each party has a variation of guest numbers, we offer a variety of tent designs fit specifically for you and your guests.
Having provided over 10 years of professional rental service, we customize our tent rentals to fit the needs of your specific party. We reach out to such events as birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, school functions, weddings, corporate events, festivals, sporting events, baby showers graduations, and field trips.
Taking our professionalism seriously, we only provide top-quality tents and tent pieces. We do not choose tents with easily-broken fabrics or frames. Our options include frame tents, canopies, and accessories.
Frame tents, ranging from as low as $10 up to $900, include 20'x20" white frames, 20'x30" frames, 20'x40" frames, 20'x50" frames, 30'x30" frames, 30'x40" frames, 30'x50" frames, white barrels, dance floor 3'x3' sections, and dance floor 4'x4' sections.
Tent accessories, ranging from as low as $1 up to $35, include 20' mesh and window sidewalls, one to four globe post lights, twinkle lights, and halogen 1,600-watt double bulbs.
Canopies, ranging from as low as $65 up to $220, include 10'x10" blue and white canopies, 20'x20" white canopies, 20'x20" white canopies, and 20'x40" white canopies. Professional installation can be added for an additional $90.
If needed, we can also add grills, umbrellas, bar services, and fountains from as low as $8 up to $58.
In addition to tent products, we also rent out a variety of games, tables, chairs, inflatables, wedding accessories, concessions, power tools, games, and sport equipment.
If you want the tent items delivered to you, we charge an extra $50 and up, depending on the travel time. Such a fee applies to picking up the items, as well.
To reserve a spot, we require that you make a deposit that is half of the total amount. A 25% administration fee applies to all cancellations. If you want to change an order, we require a minimum of 48 hours of notice before such action can take place. A 5% damage waiver is charged on all orders, which does not cover lost, misused, or broken items. The items can only be placed on the designated address, and all orders must be paid by credit card. Payments must be made in full a week before the time of pick-up or delivery, and no refunds are allowed for parties.
