Mimes

The magic, mystery, and mischief of Mime are brought to life by award-winning artist Marti Cate, for events such as birthdays, weddings, engagements, reunions, school assemblies, corporate affairs, holiday parties, and festivals. With extensive training in Dance and Theatre as well as Mime, she has mesmerized individuals and audiences of all sizes for over 25 years. Her extensive experience includes traveling the world performing and teaching this wonderful art.

Marti can offer a Classical French Mime, Charlie Chaplin, Jester, Tuxedo Mime, Carnevale Mime. She also can entertains as a Tarot Card Reader, Human Robot, Living Statue, Clown, Dancing Clock, French Hostess, Flapper, Pirate, Moving Sculpture, and many fabulous Holiday Characters. With costuming to complement any theme or event style, she and her fellow Mime Artists can create a very exciting and custom performance. She can incorporate Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos, Balloon Sculptures, Dancing, and other great activities.

Marti has performed for various audiences including the Democratic National Convention, San Francisco's Fine Art Museums, Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computers, AT&T and Macy's. In addition, she offers many different entertainment services, as well as teaching workshops in Mime, Physical Comedy and Clowning, Creative Exploration, Expressive Dance, and more.
